Team training with The Skin&Soul Academy goes beyond technique. It’s about creating a shared philosophy, elevating energy in the treatment room, and helping your therapists deliver facials that feel purposeful, powerful and deeply connected.
Training & Investment
The investment £1,800, plus travel expenses (which may include overnight accommodation where required).
This is more than a training day; it’s a strategic elevation of your salon’s facial standard.
You receive a full day of immersive, in-house training with Jo for up to 6 therapists*, exclusively for your business. When your entire team is aligned in technique, intention and client experience, consistency improves, confidence increases, and treatment value rises.
Ahead of the day, I prepare bespoke training booklets and a tailored treatment protocol for your salon. This ensures your team leaves not only inspired, but equipped, with a clear structure they can immediately implement to enhance results, client retention and premium positioning.
While my treatment designs reflect the Skin&Soul Method, your protocol is thoughtfully adapted to your salon’s vision, brand identity and client demographic. The result is something refined, cohesive and commercially powerful, designed to elevate both experience and revenue.
For a truly immersive experience, we can take your team off-site, in a spa or private studio, and craft a bespoke day complete with catering, yoga, or a sound bath. The choices are endless. It’s a chance to refine skills, elevate energy, and create a luxurious, unforgettable experience for your team.

Discovery Call
We begin with a 30-minute Zoom call to explore your goals, current treatment style, business needs and where you want to grow. This ensures your training day is completely personalised.
02.
Secure Your Date
Once we decide we’re the right fit, your training date is secured with a deposit. You’ll receive confirmation and next steps.
03.
Preparation Call
Closer to your training day, we’ll have a follow-up call to finalise treatment focus, models (if needed), setup requirements and outcomes, so the day runs seamlessly. 14 Days before
04.
Pay Balance
14 days before your training day, your final balance will be due. Please also confirm your final attendee numbers so we can prepare accordingly. numbers.

Training Day!
A fully immersive, hands-on day tailored to you and your business. Refined technique, deeper intention, elevated client experience.

On-going Support
After implementation, you'll receive workbooks and protocol to refer to, plus if needed, we can reconnect to troubleshoot, refine and ensure you feel confident integrating everything into your treatments.

Private Training Day – Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all Private Training Days delivered by Joanne Serrant for The Skin&Soul Academy. By booking and paying for a Private Training Day, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Private Training Structure & Fees
• The fee for a Private Training Day is £1,800 plus travel expenses. Please ensure you have confirmed the full amount before booking.
• This fee includes training for up to 6 therapists from the booking business.
• Any additional therapists above 6 will be charged at £150 per person.
• The training is delivered exclusively for the booking salon/business. No other persons may attend.
Exclusivity Clause
• Private Training Days are exclusively for therapists employed or contracted by the booking salon/business.
• Therapists from other salons, businesses, or independent practitioners may not attend under this booking.
• Any changes to this must be agreed in writing before booking. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the training without a refund. Joanne Serrant reserves the right to approve or decline such requests and may amend the fee accordingly.
Venue Arrangements
• Training may take place at the booking salon or at a mutually agreed external venue (e.g., yoga studio, hotel room).
• If an external venue is required, venue hire costs and arrangements are the responsibility of the booking business unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• The venue must provide suitable space, hygiene standards, and access to necessary facilities.
Payment Terms
• £500 payment is required to secure the booking; this is non-refundable after the initial cooling-off period. The remaining balance is required 2 weeks before training. £50 of the payment is an administration fee and is non-refundable.
• You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of payment (unless the payment is made within 14 days of the training day). During this period, you are entitled to a full refund, minus the admin fee.
• After the 14-day cooling-off period, payments are non-refundable.
Cancellations & Refunds
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the training day are not eligible for a refund. However, every effort will be made to accommodate an alternative date.
• If attendees fail to attend or complete the training for any reason, no refund or entitlement to reschedule will be provided.
• Reducing attendee numbers after booking does not alter the agreed training fee.
Rescheduling or Cancellations by Joanne Serrant
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances requiring the training day to be rescheduled or cancelled, you will be notified as soon as possible.
• If the rescheduled date is not suitable, you will be entitled to a refund of payments made (excluding the admin fee).
• Joanne Serrant’s liability is limited to the payments made. No further liability will be accepted.
Training Requirements
• The training is designed to elevate facial treatment techniques and customer experience. It does not include certification or new insurance requirements.
• All attendees must hold relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 facial training or equivalent) and appropriate insurance.
• It is the responsibility of the booking business to ensure all attendees meet professional requirements.
• Joanne Serrant accepts no liability if the training does not meet individual expectations.
• All attendees must follow good practice, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
Models & Medical Conditions
• If models are required, this will be communicated in advance.
• It is the responsibility of the booking business to ensure models are suitable and informed.
• Please notify Joanne Serrant of any medical conditions that may prevent treatment participation.
Use of Materials
• No training materials, techniques, written content, or visual content may be copied, taught, shared, reproduced, or sold without prior written permission.
Photography & Videography
• The training may be photographed or videoed for marketing purposes. Please notify Joanne Serrant if you do not wish to be included.
• Attendees may take photos/videos for internal training purposes only.
• Content must not be shared externally in full. Social media clips must not exceed 60 seconds.
Other Terms
• Joanne Serrant reserves the right to decline bookings.
• These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Joanne Serrant and supersede all prior discussions, correspondence, or representations.
