The movements I teach are the ones my own clients ask for, the ones that changed how they feel about their face, their skin, themselves. The books I recommend aren't a curated reading list; they're the ones that genuinely altered how I think, the ones I find myself quoting to therapists and clients on the table without realising it.

This is my own evolution, condensed and shared. I'm not standing at the front, having not walked this path, and I'm still on the journey, building this so you can walk it alongside me, not behind me.
